Got this email from my mom earlier. I think this is a pretty rad idea. Anyone else interested? I'd be happy to track along with some and help keep each other motivated.
Think about participating in a "Lazy Man's Ironman". It's a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride, and a 26.2 mile run. But, you get the ENTIRE MONTH of January to do it all! Little bits at a time. And you don't have to 'run'. You can do elliptical or whatever... Think about it! It'll be a good way to get 2010 started!
